hello have a painting, signed in the upper wright hand corner. the best i can make out is de fachard. does any one know who tis artist is? how can i tell if its a watercolor? whats the number mean? it looks like its was painted in europe, not for sure.. its feels real smooth. could this be a reproduction? i dont know if its paper on board or on just board. i dont see know dotted patteren. i would so much appr. someone who knows what their doing and god bless?
