I'm doing 2 baby portraits for a friend of my mother. They will be oil paintings. 15x11 each. I am a damn good artist but I've never done portraiture before. (even went to art school) Problem is I'm not sure what to charge for these. I can't make it too high because she's a family friend, but it can't be too low because I'm flat broke thanks to this crappy economy. Any suggestions on the price?
