I have asked the question about how to finish my oil-painting yesterday. I received various good suggestions. All of the answerers said it would be great to add detail and involve some lines.
I have done that but I am not sure I like it even now cause it lost its brightness and light, I guess I messed up the stone lamp and the water (someone said it was good) + it turned out to be too black, cold and *sharp*.
