I'm highly-interested in scanning my comic-book art onto my computer to edit and print-- and make it look as professional and smooth as possible.
I have a basic all-in-one printer/scanner/copier, but I'm completely lost as to what program(s) to use to edit and "clean-up" my art. I have no experience whatsoever in any programs that help with this.
My question is, what is a good program to use to turn my penciled and inked comic pages into professional works that can be (possibly) be submitted to an established comic book company? Also, are there any free programs available for download online?
