MailArtWorld is an invite/application only website. This means that people have to apply to become members. The focus of this trading group is on mixed media, fabric/textiles, collage and Altered Art by experienced/skilled artists. It is a site for established artists.
Here is what we're looking for in members' art:
- Advanced/expert skill in their preferred medium
- Originality and composition
- Overall care and quality in their art
New artists may apply by registering for the forum via the forum registration link or via the "How to Join" page button.
You will then be required to fill out a registration form and provides a url (website address) to an online gallery. This is a required field. You cannot apply without providing a link to a webpage of your art. There is also a comment field in which you can fill out (optional) to provide additional information about yourself.
Please also tell us what your 'expert' medium is.
Eg. Collage Artist, Fabric Artist, Mixed Media artist etc
The registration notice will be sent to judging panel and your work will be reviewed. Whether you are accepted or not you will receive an message from MailArtWorld with your news and any further instructions or suggestions.
